Fun with AI Art!

Google Labs makes it easy, fun and free..

If you are in need of some cool graphics, Google's ImageFX is Great! Give it some Prompt words, add some feelings and go. Quality graphics faster than 3-min ramen.

Here's a quick start guide to use on your computing device (Phone works) to try it out.

In Chrome go to labs.google

You will log in once to acknowledge copyright.

Choose imageFX

And that'll get you to the work screen. Try some images!

The basic prompt I used to get the graphic above was "Poster for a rock and country band named Bear  Fax with a banner at the bottom 'Bear Fax'. Added tweaks to fine tune.

Once you have a good image you like, add 'Photorealistic' or other effects at the bottom to drive up the resolution or  the quality and get the feel you want.

Valencia VC204TWR

My most valueable guitar is an 80's Indonesian handmade Vantek Vic-1 using native mahogany. That luthier made it with love cause it just wants to sing.  Valencia (Autralian) may have acquired Vantek and manufactures in Indonesia.

The Valencia also uses local wood like "Nyatoh" (native to Malaysia / Indonesia), Kadam (S.E. Asia), Ebonized (meaning high heat Kiln dried) Mahogany fretboard and bridge. (Can't use Rosewood for export Guitars anymore due to over harvesting).

For some reason the soundboard is a glaringly non-native (North America) Sitka Spruce.

It needed some work. Many sharp edges to this but some quick filing was enough.

Frets failed the pantyhose test,  and the action is high.

There is no truss rod but the neck is flat and sanding the saddle will be sufficient to dial in good action.

Visually it's a gorgeus guitar! How does it sound like? Nice, very nice!!

 "All Along the Watchtower"

is a song by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan from his eighth studio album,...

The song's lyrics, which in its original version contain twelve lines, feature a conversation between a joker and a thief.

Among the many interpretations, the cynic in me squares off with this one ..

Journalist David Stubbs interpreted the song as "obliquely allud[ing] to Bob Dylan's frustrations with his management and with CBS, whom he felt were offering him a royalty rate that was far from commensurate with his status".^[25] For Stubbs, the song "features a stand-off between the 'joker' and the 'thief', with the joker complaining of businessmen who drink his wine, feeding off him but refusing to give him his due".
